Your photo is used only as a visitor record. Orbit2Orbit does not use facial recognition or biometric matching.
Your information is only accessible to authorised Orbit2Orbit personnel and may be disclosed to emergency services or law enforcement if required for a safety, security, or legal matter.
Visitor records are retained only for as long as required for security, operational, insurance, or legal purposes, then deleted or de-identified.
